onsemi NFAQ0860L3x Intelligent Power Modules (IPM) are three-phase inverter modules that feature a high-voltage driver, six IGBTs, and a thermistor. This sensor is suitable for driving Permanent Magnet Synchronous (PMSM) motors, Brushless DC (BLDC) motors, and AC asynchronous motors. The IGBT’s are configured in a three-phase bridge with separate emitter connections for the lower legs for maximum flexibility in choosing the control algorithm. TheseIPMs provide built-in Under Voltage Protection (UVP), adjustable Over Current Protection (OCP), and cross conduction protection.
The NFAQ0860L3x modules include ITRIP input to shut down IGBTs and integrated bootstrap diodes and resistors. These modules operate at -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The NFAQ0860L3x modules function at 450V supply voltage and 600V collector-emitter voltage. These modules are ideal for use in industrial appliances, industrial fans, industrial pumps, and industrial automation.
