onsemi NCV8760C LDO Regulators offer a quiescent current as low as 18A typical, ideal for automotive applications requirements. The precision, ultra-low Iq, low dropout voltage regulator features integrated reset and delay time select, as needed for powering microprocessors.

The onsemi NCV8760C LDO Regulators are available with a fixed output voltage of 5.0V and 3.3V and regulates within ±2.0% in a DPAK 5 package.
