onsemi NCV8415 Self-Protected Low Side MOSFET Drivers are three-terminal, protected, smart, discrete FETs suitable for harsh automotive environments. NCV8415 components offer protection features, including Delta thermal shutdown, overcurrent, overtemperature, ESD, and integrated drain-to-gate clamping for overvoltage protection. Fault indication is available via the gate pin.
