onsemi NCV21674 Current Sense Amplifier

onsemi NCV21674 Current Sense Amplifier features a -0.1V to 40V wide common-mode input range with unidirectional and dual channels. This amplifier operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply and with -3dB bandwidth, and 2V/μs slew rate e fast detection of current changes is ensured. The NCV21674 current sense amplifier supports measuring fast transients and allows the same type of part for high- and low-side current sensing. This amplifier is available in SOT23-5, Micro8, and TSSOP-14 packages. Typical applications include high-side current sensing, low-side current sensing, power management, and automotive.
