onsemi NCP59763 Linear Voltage Regulators are 3A capable, low noise (4.3μVRMS), ultra low dropout (70mV max. at 3A), fast load transient response linear regulators. The LDO Regulators are equipped with an NMOS pass transistor without the need for external bias voltage. The NCP59763 features an adjustable output voltage from 0.5V to 2.0V through an external resistor divider. Additionally, the device is available in fixed output versions.
The onsemi NCP59763 Linear Voltage Regulators combine high output current capability and ultra-high PSRR across a wide frequency range, ideal for powering noise-sensitive high-speed communication devices.
Furthermore, the NCP59763 provides flexibility to power sequencing applications through an enable pin, a user-programmable soft-start, and a user-programmable delayed power good circuit. A very low dropout voltage (70mV) coupled with a high output voltage accuracy (1%) enables low input voltage and higher power efficiency.
The NCP59763 LDO is housed in a 3mm x 3mm DFN10 package and is an ideal solution for powering analog, digital and mixed-signal high current demanding circuits.
