onsemi NCP13994 Current Mode Resonant Controller

onsemi NCP13994 Current Mode Resonant Controller is an enhanced, high-performance current mode controller for half-bridge resonant converters. The onsemi controller incorporates a 700V rated high voltage startup current source and X2-Capacitor discharge function. The device also has gate drivers, simplifying the layout and reducing the external component count. The NCP13994 features a dedicated output to interface with the PFC controller in applications where a PFC front stage is needed.
