onsemi NCN5140TSCGEVB Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the NCN5140S KNX System-in-Package (SiP). The NCN5140S integrates a KNX Transceiver and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ Microcontroller with the necessary passive components in one device. The high degree of integration and minimal height of the remaining components allows for the design of ultra-slim KNX switch applications. Combined with a certified KNX stack and pre-certified software for up to eight configurable rocker or touch switch buttons, the NCN5140S enables the development of KNX switch applications in a very short time frame. The pre-certified application software includes driving and dimming up to eight RGB LEDs to illuminate the buttons or touch pads. The onsemi NCN5140TSCGEVB board includes a pre-installed NCN5140S in a 10mm x 8mm SIP50 package. The board has eight capacitive touch buttons, and eight RGB LEDs, one per button.
