onsemi NC7WZU04A Logic Gates are dual unbuffered inverters in the TinyLogic® ultra-high speed series. The onsemi NC7WZU04A is housed in a space-efficient SC70 6-lead package. Primarily designed for crystal oscillator or analog applications, this device utilizes advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation across a wide V_CC operating range. Operating effectively within the 1.65V to 5.5V V_CC range, the inputs exhibit high impedance when V_CC is 0V and can tolerate voltages up to 7V independently of the V_CC operating voltage.
