Control Board

The Xilinx Zynq Universal Control Board (UCB) (TE0716-01-61C32-A) is a powerful System on Module (SoM) based on the Xilinx Zynq-7000 SoC and suited for high-end control and AI applications. The UCB brings together the software programmability of a dual Arm® Cortex®-A9 MP core with the hardware programmability of an FPGA. The UCB can connect to and control a variety of power boards available from onsemi. An easy-to-use GUI (Graphic User Interface) enables the user to control, tune, and test the motor control system.

Power Boards

• 1kW 600V based on Compact IPM (SECO-1KW-MCTRL-GEVB)
  The SECO-1KW-MCTRL-GEVB is an AC-grid compatible, complete reference design for three-phase motor drives, featuring the 600V NFAQ1060L36T Intelligent Power Module (IPM) in a DIPS6 package and an interleaved PFC controlled by the NCP1632 Power Factor Controller.
• 4kW 650V based on SPM31 (SECO-4KW-65SPM31-GEVB)
  The SECO-4KW-65SPM31-GEVB is a reference design for three-phase motor drives featuring the NFAM5065L4B 650V Intelligent Power Module in a DIP39 package. It is rated for 400V_DC input, delivering up to 1kW continuous power, with the capability of delivering up to 4kW power for a short period of time or by adding a heatsink.
