onsemi MC74HC1G04 CMOS Single Inverters are made using silicon gate CMOS technology. The onsemi MC74HC1G04 has multiple stages, including a buffer output for high noise immunity and stable output. The output drive current is 1/2 compared to the MC74HC series.
