onsemi FGHL75T65LQDT Trench IGBTs offer a high current capability and operate at a maximum of 175°C. These IGBTs feature smooth and optimized switching and tight parameter distribution. The FGHL75T65LQDT field stop IGBTs are co-packed with soft and fast recovery diode and are RoHS compliant. Applications include solar inverters, UPS, ESS, PFC, and converters.
