onsemi ESD7004 ESD Protection Diode safeguards high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD). The onsemi ESD7004 has an ultra-low capacitance and a low ESD clamping voltage. The device is ideal for protecting voltage-sensitive high-speed data lines like USB 3.0 and HDMI. The flow-through style package allows easy PCB layout and ensures matched trace lengths, maintaining consistent impedance.
