onsemi ADD5045-915-1-GEVK Add-On Module Kit provides a demonstration and development platform for the AX5045 Narrow-Band Sub-GHz RF Transceiver. The AX5045 is optimized for 60MHz to 525MHz and 700MHz to 1050MHz ASK/FSK applications. The AX5045 combines ultra-low power consumption for transmitting and receive operation with high sensitivity and high selectivity.
The onsemi ADD5045-915-1-GEVK Add-On Module Kit is designed to work with the DVK-2 Base Evaluation Kit (DVK-BASE-2-GEVK). The Add-On Module Kit includes two Radio Modules and two antennas. Each Radio Module includes the AX5045, along with RF matching circuitry tuned for 915MHz operation. The DVK-2 Base Evaluation Kit includes two Main Boards with Radio Module connectors, an onboard microcontroller, LCD display, and a USB port. The DVK-2 Kit also includes the AXDBG-2-GEVK Debug Adapter.
The DVK-2 provides an advanced graphic Integrated Development Environment (IDE) along with an SDCC C-compiler. The Evaluation Kit is suited for real performance tests using professional lab equipment and application code development. Together the two kits create a complete and flexible ready-to-go solution for easy testing, evaluation, and development of the AX5045 RF Transceiver.
