Ohmite TKH55 SMD Thick Film Resistors

Ohmite TKH55 SMD Thick Film Resistors feature a thick-film construction designed to replace TO-263 packages. The resistors offer a 55W rated power, low 3°C/W thermal resistance, and a 2.65pF typical capacitance rating. The Ohmite TKH55 SMD Thick Film Resistors provide a surface-mount design capable of high wattage dissipation. The TKH55 series enables non-inductive performance, ideal for snubber, motor control inverter, photovoltaic, and other applications. The resistors are RoHS compliant and operate within a -55°C to +175°C temperature range.
