Ohmite ALN Thick-Film High-Power Chip Resistors

Ohmite ALN Thick-Film High-Power Chip Resistors feature a thick film element for stable performance with temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) values down to 150PPM. Ohmite ALN Resistors include an Aluminum Nitride substrate for power ratings exceeding common parts in the same chip size. The series offers a power rating of 3.5W at +70°C and 22W maximum if the substrate can be maintained below +155°C. Wraparound terminations provide great solder adhesion to the chip. ALN is available as an industry-standard size of 2512.
