NXP Semiconductors TEA2093DB2202 Evaluation Board

NXP Semiconductors TEA2093DB2202 Evaluation Board is an add-on board based on the TEA2093TS controller in a TSOP-6 package. The TEA2093TS features an adaptive gate drive for maximum efficiency at any load. The NXP TEA2093DB2202 Evaluation Board incorporates a 100V/2.7mΩ MOSFET and therefore allows easy replacement of the secondary side power diode in an existing power supply.

  • Easy replacement of secondary-side diode rectifier
  • A 100V/2.7mΩ MOSFET is incorporated
  • Self-supplying for low-side rectification with low-output voltage (CC mode)
  • Self-supplying for high-side rectification without the use of an auxiliary winding
  • Operates with standard-level and logic-level SR MOSFETs
