NXP Semiconductors KITPF502xSKTEVM Socket Board Kit

NXP KITPF502xSKTEVM Socket Board Kit integrates all hardware needed to fully evaluate the PF502x power management integrated circuits (PMICs). The KITPF502xSKTEVM Socket Board Kit provides a communication interface based on the FRDM-KL25Z freedom board to the FlexGUI software, allowing the PMIC to be fully configured and controlled.

SWx in single-phase mode (default) or multiphase mode up to 3.5A peak each
LDO1 from 1.5V to 5.0V, up to 400mA
PWRON switch for global wake up or enable
Individual enable control switch for each regulator
LEDs to indicate individual PGOODx and global PGOOD status

USB interface through FRDM-KL25Z for register access, TBB mode, and OTP programming
Multiple signal connectors for easy access
Terminal blocks and test point for all the regulators for easy testing and evaluation
