Nisshinbo NJW4104/07 LDO Voltage Regulator ICs

Nisshinbo NJW4104/07 LDO Voltage Regulator ICs feature a wide 4V to 40V input voltage and a -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range. These voltage regulator ICs feature ON/OFF control (A version only), under-voltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and over-current protection circuits.
