Nisshinbo NJM2879-H Low-dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator IC

Nisshinbo NJM2879-H Low-dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator IC achieves high ripple rejection, low noise, and high-speed response with bipolar technology. This voltage regulator IC comes in a small packaging, and the 0.47μF decoupling capacitor makes it suitable for space-conscious applications. The NJM2879-H LDO voltage regulator IC features reverse current protection, discharge function, ON/OFF control, thermal shutdown circuit, and over-current protection circuit. This LDO voltage regulator IC also features a 200mA minimum output current, 2.3V to 6.5V operating voltage range, and -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range. The NJM2879-H LDO voltage regulator IC is AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified and is housed in a SOT-23-5 package. Typical applications include automotive infotainment, automotive ECU units, and industrial equipment.
