Nisshinbo NJM12884-H Low-dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator IC

Nisshinbo NJM12884-H Low-dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator IC includes an adjustable soft-start function for reducing inrush current and controlling the power-on sequence. The discharge function makes effective sequence control with the soft-start function, and the reverse current protection eliminates the need for external SBD. This voltage regulator IC achieves high ripple rejection, low noise, and high-speed response with bipolar technology.

The NJM12884-H LDO voltage regulator IC features a discharge function, ON/OFF control, thermal shutdown circuit, and over-current protection circuit. This voltage regulator IC also features a 500mA output current, 2.3V to 6.5V operating voltage range, and -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range. The NJM12884-H LDO voltage regulator IC is AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified and is housed in a DFN8-WA (ESON8-WA) package (automotive). Typical applications include automotive infotainment, automotive ECU units, and industrial equipment.
