Nisshinbo NJG1818K75 Broadband SPDT Switch

Nisshinbo NJG1818K75 Broadband SPDT Switch features low insertion loss and high isolation for high frequencies up to 7.125GHz, making it ideal for Wi-Fi® 6 (IEEE 802.11ax) applications. The NJG1818K75 provides high power performance with a low 1.8V operating and control voltage. The device also integrates ESD protection devices on each port to ensure excellent ESD robustness. Integrated DC blocking capacitors at all RF ports reduces required external components.

The Nisshinbo NJG1818K75 Broadband SPDT Switch is available in an ultra-small DFN6-75 package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
