Nichicon GYD Polymer Hybrid Capacitors

Nichicon GYD Polymer Hybrid Capacitors are designed to meet the increasing demand for extremely high-temperature resistant capacitors in automotive and industrial machinery. These high-performance capacitors are rated at temperatures up to +150°C. The series combines two types of electrolytes that give GYD characteristics of both conductive types of electrolyte polymers (low ESR, high ripple current, high heat resistance) and electrolytic solutions (low leakage current due to oxide film restoration). GYD capacitors have an 8mm or 10mm diameter and 10mm length and provide a long guaranteed life of 1000 hours. Nichicon GYD Polymer Hybrid Capacitors are AEC-Q200 compliant.
