Nexperia Zener A-Selection & 50µm Voltage Regulator Diodes

Nexperia Zener A-Selection and 50µm Voltage Regulator Diodes are available in the normalized E24 ±1%, ±2%, and approximately ±5% tolerance range. The Voltage Regulator Diodes include 37 breakdown voltages with nominal working voltages from 2.4V to 75V. The devices offer a ≤300mW or ≤830mW total power dissipation and are qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications. The A-Selection and 50µm Voltage Regulator Diodes are available in a small SOD323 (SC-76) or SOD123F flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
