Nexperia PSMN025 N-Channel MOSFET is a dual standard level N-channel MOSFET housed in an LFPAK56D (Dual Power-SO8) package. The Nexperia uses TrenchMOS technology. The device features a high peak drain current IDM and a copper clip with flexible Leads.
