Nexperia PNU65010 Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers are high power density, ultrafast switching time recovery rectifiers. The Nexperia rectifiers feature high-efficiency planar technology. The device is housed in a small, flat lead CFP5 (SOD128) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
