Nexperia PMEG040Vx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers offer a very low forward voltage and high power capability based on clip-bond technology. The PMEG040Vx-Q are qualified according to AEC-Q101 and suggested for use in automotive applications. The PMEG040Vx are ideal for high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, low voltage rectification, and freewheeling applications. The PMEG040Vx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are housed in a CFP15B (SOT1289B) power and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
