Nexperia MMBZ16VZ Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

Nexperia MMBZ16VZ Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed to protect one line from the damage caused by transient overvoltages. These diodes operate at 13V reverse stand-off voltage (VRWM), 36V low clamping voltage (VCL) at 7A IPP, and IRM <1nA ultra-low leakage current. The MMBZ16VZ diodes are available in DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) SMD plastic package with side wettable flanks. The MMBZ16VZ-LS diodes are used in applications such as industrial, consumer, computing, and communication. The MMBZ16VZLS-Q diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and are used in automotive environments with the highest quality standards.
