Nexperia BZX8850S Low-Current Voltage Regulator Diodes

Nexperia BZX8850S Low-Current Voltage Regulator Diodes feature ±5% series tolerance, ≤365mW total power dissipation, and are available in the SOD882BD SMD plastic package with side-wettable flanks. These diodes operate at 0.9V forward voltage (VF), 1.8V to 75V voltage range, 200mA forward current (IF), and -55°C to 150°C ambient temperature range (Tamb). The BZX8850S diodes are used in low-current general regulation functions and are ideal for low bias/portable battery-powered applications at a specified 50μA low test current.
