Nexperia BAT54x Schottky Barrier Diodes

Nexperia BAT54x Schottky Barrier Diodes feature low forward voltage, low capacitance, 0.5mm low package height, and are available in leadless small SMD plastic packages. These diodes operate at 30V reverse voltage (V_R), 200mA forward current (I_F), 300mA repetitive peak forward current, and -55°C to 150°C ambient temperature range. The BAT54x Schottky diodes are suitable for Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) of the solder joint and are AEC-Q101 qualified. These diodes are used in applications such as high-speed switching, voltage clamping, and protection circuits.
