Nexperia BAT54CY/-Q Two Schottky Barrier Dual Diodes

Nexperia BAT54CY and BAT54CY-Q Two Schottky Barrier Dual Diodes feature two planar Schottky barrier dual diodes with common cathodes and an integrated guard ring for stress protection. Encapsulated in a SOT363 ultra small and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, these diodes deliver excellent coplanarity and improved thermal behavior. Applications include ultra-high-speed switching, voltage clamping, line termination, and reverse polarity protection. Qualified according to AEC-Q101, BAT54CY-Q is also recommended for use in automotive applications.
