Nexperia BAT46LS-Q General-Purpose Schottky Diode

Nexperia BAT46LS-Q General-Purpose Schottky Diode comes in a small DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) leadless Surface Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package with side-wettable flanks. The BAT46LS-Q Schottky diode features VR ≤ 100V reverse voltage, low leakage current, low capacitance, and 250mA forward current. This Schottky diode is suitable for the solder joint’s Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI). Typical applications include high-speed switching, voltage clamping, line termination, and reverse polarity protection.
