Nexperia BAT32ALS/-Q General-Purpose Schottky Diodes

Nexperia BAT32ALS/-Q General-Purpose Schottky Diodes feature a 0.2A forward current, ≤30V reverse voltage, and a low forward voltage. The BAT32ALS-Q is AEC-Q101 Qualified for use in automotive applications. The BAT32ALS/-Q diodes are ideal for ultra high-speed switching, protection circuits, and low power consumption applications.

The Nexperia BAT32ALS/-Q General-Purpose Schottky Diodes are housed in an ultra-small DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) leadless SMD plastic package with side-wettable flanks.
