Nexperia BAS116DY/-Q Low Leakage Dual Switching Diodes

Nexperia BAS116DY and BAS116DY-Q Low Leakage Dual Switching Diodes are epitaxial, medium-speed switching, electrically isolated diodes in an ultra-small SOT363 (TSSOP6) package. These diodes operate within a -55°C to +150°C ambient temperature range and are ideal for low-leakage current applications in surface-mounted circuits. Qualified according to AEC-Q101, BAS116DY-Q is recommended for use in automotive applications.
