Neutron Controls Base Carrier Development Platform Kits feature a REDline™ Carrier board that interconnects the AURIX™ MCU Platform Modules to any number of peripheral modules servicing, dedicated and generic MCU functions. Two 200-position pad arrays on the Base Carrier Board provides connectivity between all MCU Platform Modules and peripheral connectors.
The Neutron Controls Base Carrier Development Platform Board allows 100% of the MCU functional connectivity to a particular peripheral module, including the most extensive 516-pin BGA package. Test points that are easily accessible and clearly marked allow hassle-free access to all of the routed signals. The test points are arranged on a grid permitting the use of press-fit headers when group signal probing is required. The Module Kits provide separated analog and digital domains implementing the MCU’s analog-to-digital converters.
The Base Carrier Development Platform Kits offer a complete hardware development support package including all schematics, BOM, layout, Gerbers, PCB stack-up, and high-speed signal design rules.
