Neutron Controls AURIX™ TC214/224/234 MCU Platform Module Kits

Neutron Controls AURIX™ TC214/224/234 MCU Platform Module Kits feature a variety of SAK-TC2x4 MCU pin-compatible versions in a TQFP144 package. The MCU Platform Module Kits can easily integrate using the MCU pins routed out to two 200 position pad arrays on the bottom.

The Neutron Controls AURIX TC214/224/234 MCU Platform Module Kits support standalone operations by incorporating required power conversion, clock, system configuration, programming, and debugging connections.

The TC214/224/234 MCU Platform Module Kits offer a Board Support Package software with all required parts for MCU boot configuration and start-up, written in C code. Additionally, the Modules provide complete hardware development support with schematics, BOM, layout, Gerbers, PCB stack-up, and high-speed design rules.

Features

  • Infineon AURIX™ SAK-TC2x4 MCU pin-compatible versions (214/224/234) in TQFP144 package
  • Single core up to 200MHz, 2MB flash, 736kB SRAM with HSM, ADAS and Ethernet
  • Default 20MHz crystal with optional socket for custom crystal
  • Core voltage SMPS for 1.3V generation (optional LDO)
  • Infineon DAP 10-position programming and debugging header (or alternative JTAG)
  • Generic UART/CLI 4-pin header with USB cable
  • SPI to I2C bridge for compatibility with other TC2xx devices
  • MCU temperature sensor connected to on-board I2C bus
  • System and MCU configuration 8-position DIP switch
  • “No solder” headers to configure Module in standalone mode and external power
  • Critical voltage rails’ supervisor with LED
  • User “Status” and “Reset” LEDs
  • Very compact design for easy target integration, line-up compatible with remaining TC2xx series
