Murata UBDC Silicon Capacitors

Murata UBDC Silicon Capacitors come in a 0402M case with a 1mm x 0.50mm (L x W) footprint and offer ultra-broadband performance up to 67GHz. These modules are resonance free, allowing ultra group delay variation. They offer ultra-low insertion loss thanks to impedance matching in transmission mode as well as low ESL and low ESR in bypass grounding mode. The UBDC series provides high reliability and high stability of capacitance value over temperature, voltage, and aging. Murata UBDC Silicon Capacitors have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and are compatible with lead-free reflow soldering.
