Murata Electronics MYRBP-WD/WE/BD/BE Step-Up Mini DC/DC Converters provide a 0.65V to 6V operating voltage range and 3MHz oscillation frequency in a 2mm x 2.5mm package size. These converters feature a stable step-up power supply that is configured using only two capacitors connected externally. An internal coil simplifies the circuit and enables the minimization of noise and other operating issues caused by circuit wiring.
