Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3864 Synchronous Power Module

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3864 Synchronous Power Module is compact and fully integrated with an internal inductor, operating at a high frequency in synchronous mode. The MPS MPM3864 delivers a continuous output current of 6A across a wide input voltage range, ensuring excellent load and line regulation. The device features constant-on-time (COT) control for rapid transient response, straightforward loop design, and tight output regulation. The module includes full protection features like short-circuit protection, over-current protection, under-voltage lockout, and thermal shutdown. The MPM3864 requires minimal external components, is compatible with standard ones, and comes in a space-saving ECLGA-19 (3mm x 3mm x 1.85mm) package.
