The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6651 has integrated power MOSFETs and a Hall-effect sensor to deliver maximum performance and efficiency. The device also provides a high degree of control and flexibility. Capable of operating on input voltages ranging from 3.3V to 18V, the MP6651 is perfect for various applications.
