Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6605E Gate Driver ICs

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6605E Gate Driver ICs are 4-channel Low-Side (LS) driver ICs with a serial interface. These driver ICs feature Low-Side MOSFET (LS-FET) switches and High-Side (HS) clamp diodes, up to 60V supply voltage, 1.5A maximum output current, and 350mΩ MOSFET ON resistance. The MP6605E ICs also feature Over-Current Protection (OCP), Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) protection, and thermal shutdown. These gate driver ICs are ideally used in unipolar stepper motors and selenoid drivers and are available in QFN-24 (4mm x 4mm) package.
