Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3320B 4-Channel Synchronous LED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3320B 4-Channel Synchronous LED Drivers are synchronous boost RGBW LED drivers that operate from 2V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) range. These 4-Channel LED drivers, each channel reaches a maximum current of up to 102mA and up to 5.4V maximum output voltage (VOUT). The MP3320B LED drivers integrate an I2C interface with up to 16 configurable I2C addresses via an external resistor. These 4-channel LED drivers feature Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) dimming and analog dimming for each LED channel. The MP3320B LED drivers include safety functions such as LED open protection, LED short protection, Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), and over-temperature protection. Typical applications include wearable devices, smart and intelligent devices, and LED indicators.
