Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3320A 4-Channel LED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3320A 4-Channel LED Drivers are self-adaptive and charge pump RGB LED drivers. These 4-channel LED drivers operate from 1.8V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) range with up to 5.5V output voltage (VOUT) and each channel reaches 51mA maximum current. The MP3320A LED drivers integrate an I2C interface with up to 16 configurable I2C addresses via an external register. These 4-channel LED drivers include Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) dimming and analog dimming for each LED channel. The MP3320A LED drivers feature LED open protection, LED short protection, Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), and over-temperature protection. Typical applications include wearable devices, smart and intelligent devices, and LED indicators.
