Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3320A 4-Channel LED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3320A 4-Channel LED Drivers are self-adaptive and charge pump RGB LED drivers. These 4-channel LED drivers operate from 1.8V to 5.5V input voltage (V_IN) range with up to 5.5V output voltage (V_OUT) and each channel reaches 51mA maximum current. The MP3320A LED drivers integrate an I²C interface with up to 16 configurable I²C addresses via an external register. These 4-channel LED drivers include Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) dimming and analog dimming for each LED channel. The MP3320A LED drivers feature LED open protection, LED short protection, Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), and over-temperature protection. Typical applications include wearable devices, smart and intelligent devices, and LED indicators.
