Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVQ4313-R-01A Evaluation Board

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVQ4313-R-01A Evaluation Board is designed to facilitate the evaluation of the MPQ4313. The MPQ4313 is a synchronous, step-down switching regulator with a configurable frequency and an integrated, internal high-side MOSFET (HSFET) and low-side MOSFET (LS-FET).

The MPS EVQ4313-R-01A evaluation board is fully assembled and tested. MPQ4313 is offered in a QFN-20 (4mm x 4mm) package with a wettable flank and is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified.
