Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EV6550-G-00A Evaluation Board

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EV6550-G-00A Evaluation Board evaluates MP6550 H-bridge inverters with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) input interface. The MP6550 motor driver consists of four N-channel power MOSFET and an internal charge pump to generate gate-drive voltages. The EV6550-G-00A evaluation board operates at 1.8V to 22V supply voltage range. The EV6550-G-00A evaluation board is available in the QFN2X2-12 package with a 6.35cm x 6.35cm x 1cm dimension. Typical applications include robotics, cameras, toys, medical devices, consumer products, and solenoid drivers.
