Molex SW1 High-Current WTB & Busbar Interconnects

Molex SW1 High-Current Wire-to-Board and Busbar Interconnects utilize COEUR socket technology that enables high-current-carrying capacity in three sizes: 6mm, 8mm, and 11mm. These connectors feature multiple contact beams with optimal current-carrying capacity, providing low contact resistance, low voltage drop, and minimal heat generation at the contact interface. Positive-locking stainless steel spring clips help secure mating to prevent cable assemblies from backing off pins due to vibration, shock, or mishandling. The stainless steel spring clips retract when pressed and engaged once the pressure is released to lock into the groove on the pin. Color-coded receptacle housings prevent mismating and help differentiate circuits when multiple cable assemblies are used on the same application. Molex SW1 High-Current WTB and Busbar Interconnects are suitable for battery storage systems, power conditioning equipment, factory equipment, and robotics.
