Mitsumi Digital Output Gauge Pressure Sensors

Mitsumi Digital Output Gauge Pressure Sensors utilize proven Piezo Resistive Technology (PRT) on a semiconductor platform integrated with custom Analog Front-End (AFE) ICs. These pressure sensors digitally output the pressure values that are corrected from the modules. The users do not require complicated sensor drives, control circuits, or devices for value correction in the differences between sensors and temperature characteristics. The gauge pressure sensors are available with ultra-fast sampling time (<500μs) and 24-bit high resolution. These linearized and temperature-compensated pressure sensors provide highly stable, accurate, and sensitive pressure-sensing solutions. Typical applications include blood pressure monitors, CPAP gauge pressure, smart gas meters, O2 concentrator gauge pressure/breath detection, home appliance water level, and gas valve controls.

Sensor Boards

Mitsumi Digital Output Gauge Pressure Sensors

The sensor boards are equipped with various digital output MEMS gauge pressure sensors and help the users realize the pressure sensors. These sensor boards are supposed to be used by connecting to Arduino. Up to nine I²C or two SPI sensor modules can simultaneously connect to the level shifter shield.
