Mini-Circuits ZV47 Coaxial Power Detectors

Mini-Circuits ZV47 Coaxial Power Detectors are high-accuracy RMS power detectors that cover a wide RF input bandwidth. The ZV47-K44RMS+ features a frequency range of 100MHz to 40GHz, and the ZV47-E673RMS+ covers 100MHz to 67GHz. The DC output voltage offers an accurate representation of the average signal power applied to the RF input. The series delivers a linear-in-dB response with a 29mV/dB logarithmic slope over its 35dB dynamic range and with better than ±1dB accuracy (typical). Mini-Circuits ZV47 Coaxial Power Detectors feature a compact gold-over-nickel-plated brass alloy case with 0.84″ x 0.96″ x 0.37” dimensions and 1.85mm or 2.92mm connectors. Applications include point-to-point microwave links, instrumentation, test and measurement, military radios, Wi-Fi®, 4G, 5G, 6G, and radar systems.
