Mini-Circuits TCO1-462+ & TCO2-532+ Ceramic RF Transformers

Mini-Circuits TCO1-462+ and TCO2-532+ Ceramic RF Balun Transformers feature two impedance ratios, covering a variety of wireless communications applications. The TCO2-532+ offers a 1:2 impedance ratio and covers the 4600MHz to 5900MHz frequency range, while the TCO1-462+ has a 1:1 impedance ratio and 3300MHz to 5900MHz frequency range. Both versions provide low insertion loss, low phase unbalance (relative to 180°), low amplitude unbalance, and RF input power handling up to 2W. Mini-Circuits TCO1-462+ and TCO2-532+ Ceramic RF Balun Transformers are fabricated using LTCC technology and come in a miniature 0402 size (1mm x 0.5mm x 0.37mm) to accommodate tight space requirements. The rugged ceramic package of these transformers provides reliability in harsh operating environments.
