Mikroe Mikromedia 5 for PIC32MZ Capacitive FPI with Bezel allows rapid development of multimedia and GUI-centric applications. The mikromedia 5 utilizes the Microchip PIC32MZ2048EFH144 microcontroller, which provides sufficient processing power for the most demanding tasks. The mikromedia 5 features SB, WiFi, and RF connectivity options, digital motion sensor, battery-charging functionality, piezo-buzzer, and an SD card reader. The mikromedia 5 offers three mikroBUS™ Shuttle connectors, a variation to the mikroBUS™ standard form of a 2×8-pin IDC header with 1.27mm (50mil) pitch. The Mikroe Mikromedia 5 has a 5″ TFT display with a capacitive touch screen driven by the powerful graphics controller to display the 24-bit color palette.
