Mikroe 6DOF IMU 6 Click combines a 3-axis gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer, and a TDK ICM-20689 Digital Motion Processor™ (DMP). The ICM-20689 has on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, an embedded temperature sensor, and programmable interrupts. The gyroscope and accelerometer have a full-scale range, with user-programmable sensors. The sensors have been factory-calibrated to reduced production-line calibration requirements.
